How long until I receive my order?

All cake toppers are made in 3 business days (this doesn't include weekend or public holidays) and shipped via express post as standard so we can get them to your party as quickly as possible.

Please check Australia Posts guidelines for delivery time estimates to your location. Tracking details will be attached to your order when it is sent, so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is on the journey to you. If your item shows as delivered, however you are having trouble locating where Australia Post have left it, please call Australia Post with your tracking number and they will be able to assist.

Cookie stamps are sent regular mail unless you select express post when checking out. They are sent with tracking, so as above please keep an eye on your tracking details once they are uploaded. Regular mail is currently taking 2-14 business days, so please factor that time in when placing your order.
