How long to I receive my order?

All our items are handmade to order, so once you have placed your order it can take up to 10 working days to get this dispatched. The time it arrives to you once it leaves our hands is up to Australia Post or the courier. We say to allow from 2-10 working days for regular mail.

 

Do you have an option for express shipping?

We certainly can. Firstly, if you need to upgrade to express shipping, this is done in the online store, not at the checkout. Simply search for express post, then add that to your cart. Your item will then be sent with express post. If you need your order dispatched sooner than 10 working days, please check with us before placing your order. We will help where we can, but there are times during the year (largely Christmas, Father's Day and Mother's Day when we can't get them out any faster).

 

Can I see a digital proof before ordering?

Not a problem, we understand that sometimes you need to see a proof before you place your order. Please email us with your request and we will try our best to help us.
