Mother's Days is a special day to show your Mum how much you care, but it is always hard one to buy for. These stunning planter sticks are the perfect addition to a pot plant or bouquet of fresh flowers. The planter sticks are personalised, and are available on three different finishes:
- Frosted acrylic with black writing
- Bamboo with black writing
- Clear acrylic with white writing.

Our planter sticks are approx 28cm tall, and 15cm wide and made from either 3mm bamboo or acrylic.
